Once you purchase checks by phone software like CheckWriter Basic, there are no additional fees. There is no merchant account required. All you need is a U.S. personal or business checking account to deposit the items.

Accept a check by phone, enter it into the software and the draft you print will be accepted by your bank for 100% face value.

The depositor will be charged NO discount rate or percentage fee, and NO transaction fee.

Drafts you deposit from CheckWriter Basic after you accept a check by phone, are treated just like a check you receive through the mail. Endorse it and deposit it just like a regular check.

You can deposit check drafts into the ATM, night drop or fill out a deposit slip and bring them to the teller. There are no additional fees, period.
