CheckWriter Basic does not offer phone support, or pay per call
support. To get telephone support for CheckWriter Basic, you
must upgrade to the full version of the software at
checkwriter.net.

Why is there no telephone
support offered?
CheckWriter Basic is an
affiliate, and not the publisher. As part of the agreement
with the publisher, we sell CheckWriter Basic at about 1/2 the
price. Because of
this, CheckWriter Basic has a few
differences:
1. CheckWriter Basic has a $1,000 limit per check draft.
If you need to
draft single items for more than $1,000 you
will need to visit
checkwriter.net to purchase the Single User
Version.
2. CheckWriter Basic does not import information,
or have a web link,
although it can be used for web
orders CheckWriter Basic
will
not export. CheckWriter Basic does not have a monthly billing
function built in nor does it
have functional password protection.
3. Lastly, CheckWriter Basic does not include "telephone" technical
support, although the product does come with unparalleled email
support for the life of the release, as well as a detailed
user
manual. Email support is answered within 24
hours in all cases,
and usually within 1-4 hours of sending.
eMail response time is typically 1
to 4 hours by email during regular business hours,
and less than 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
